Anyone cut the fins off for FMIC install ?

I've installed the HPF fmic and since I have a m sport bumper my mesh area is larger so the fmic is more exposed, but there are fins that are attached to top and bottom and the bottom piece of the bracket is closing like 2 strips of fmic and makes it look smaller I was wondering if anyone cut them off fully ?

They don't seem to support anything. But I was too scared to cut them off.

Thats why I let bmw shave it off, they knew exactly what needed to be cut and what needed to stay. They did a lot of cutting on mine so I would think that its ok. I dont have the m3 front spoiler tho, I will soon.

Same here, but I'd like to cut them out, they shouldn't affect anything.

There are a few videos, but none where they are actually driving. We will see soon enough though. And I will make sure to make a video also.

Yea hpf is using the synapse as well. I would have liked to wait for their charge pipe, but I'm not patient enough and just bought the er charge pipe.
