Phoenix Meet - 1/15 or 1/22 [Poll as of now] - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Date: January 15th or 1/22
Whichever has more votes in the poll will be the date

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meet at: Dave & Busters parking lot @ 2000 East Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe, AZ at 10 leave at 10:30 (this time can change) then a cruise up (line below)

To Where:16300 McDowell Mountain Park Dr.
MMRP Arizona 85255

For what: BBQ and maybe drive to a scenic area after that for car pictures

My concern is that McDowell will be too far for most people and since I don't know the area that well yet, might not be the best choice. If it's going to be more that 5 people (Hope it is) I will need to reserve a spot and hopefully a BBQ (otherwise I will have to buy a portable one)

We will work out who is bringing what and how many people each person will bring once the date is figured out.

As for what I have to capture everything:
Nikon D40
Sony Handycam with a nice lens but it isn't HD
FlipHD camera - Will be outside on the trunk of my car with a Fat Gecko
And another suction cup mount if anyone wants to use that.
And a walkie-talkie. (I might have an extra one to bring too but I recommend bringing one so we can all stay in touch while we are driving up there)

I'm guessing this is the first or one the first meets for e90post in Phoenix.

If there is anything you think that I forgot to add or have suggestions please PM me if it's important or just type it in below if it isn't.

Not registered there. Looks like the meet date is going to be the 22nd, but I will give the poll a few more days before we make it official.

I am on azbmws and I can link this thread. AZBMW and AZeuropeans are both somewhat active. I may be able to make it, it's a long way from ttown but I have to be in phoenix anyways on the 15th. . we'll see about the next week...
