The December meet had such an incredible turn-out we made the bimmerpost homepage! Let's try to out-do ourselves this time around! Please post if you plan on attending and I will add your name to the list! And please, no bitching about having to drive to Plano...like I said previously, if you want a meet closer to your side of town (Irving/Ft. Worth peeps) then by all means, take the initiative and set one up. I'll be more than happy to make the drive out there.

UPDATE: Since we have a lot of people confirmed and some first timers as well, how about we each take the time to print up a "name-tag", if you will, for our cars? A sheet of paper with the following info printed on it:
Screen Name
First Name
Aftermarket products on your car, i.e. what brand of tune, intake, etc...

That way we can all kinda see what everyone's got and we will avoid about an hour and a half of everybody doing this and then searching for the cars owner in the crowd of 25 to ask him what kind of exhaust he has. Cool with you guys??? Lemme know

Speaking of events....I've had someone express interest in hosting a Saturday brunch meet at their clothing store. I'll go double check the area to see if it's got good parking for a good group. I think they would like to take some pictures, and be providing coffee/food as well. I will verify all this and create a new thread once it's confirmed. Any possible interest???

i'll bring my new cam. records in 720p. i'm not any good at video editing, so maybe i could throw it in my dropbox or something and share it w/ you andy? actually i could give it to you and you can shoot what you want at the meet...

Is it local? Name the time and place, and I'm sure at least some of us will be there. I'm always down as long as I don't have stuff going on with the wife!

Yeah, bring it along...I'm new to video editing, but it's got me interested lately. The more footage I can get to edit down the better! My iPhone does 720p, but it's really sensitive to movement. I'm getting one of those GoPro HD cameras that let you mount it to your car or whatever you want.

No doubt! Long story short, we had to put down our 14 year old lab last May. We got a new one in July, so I'm making a real effort to document his life with tons of video.

If you're bored, check out this video at around the :47 point. This is what inspired me to get one of the GoPro cameras! Endless possibilities...
