I purchased my E90 through Crevier BMW in Santa Ana.

My saleperson was Emmanuel Soultanakis.

I got a fair shake and was treated like family.

I will definitely go back and buy my next Bimmer from him.

I'm 100% satisfied.

They're installing the factory alarm module tomorrow,
I'll let you know how that goes. (Service).

they werent very nice to me there....i had to flag down the sales guy chit-chattin with other co-workers...then he just walks away as im about to ask a question...didnt remember his name

I also got mine at Crevier. They treated my family and I real well. The sales person even took care of our 2 years old while we were signing papers. She got to walk through all of their cars on the show floor. She had a blast.

An added benefit for Crevier is the free car wash & Dedrich's coffee. =)

Yes, I hope so. It only takes one bad apple to make an unhappy customer.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I'm quite certain that my saleperson would not have treated you in that way.
