Spacers Advice

Hey guys,
I have a 2007 328i coupe with sports package and style 197 wheels.
I am on stock sport suspension and want to add spacers.
What size would you recommend for front and back accordingly?
I don't want to rub or be ridiculously aggressive, just better than the sunken in look currently.
Also, where would you recommend (preferably in Mississauga) to purchase said spacers and which brands?
Thanks!!

We have spacers (In Mississauga) Usually the recommendation is 15/12 or 12/10 depending on how aggressive, etc. In reality there are so many variables like suspension, tires, rims, etc. Best to use the old finger measure technique. See how many fingers of room you have and then that will tell you the max size you can go.
