I am looking for a set of 18" for my 328 touring E91 in gunmetal or black
anyone out there with some?

also have a full set of interior trim in dark burl walnut for E90/E91 non Idrive for sale

I am in and out of Ottawa on a regular basis

anyone knows where to get rims powder coated as an option for my stock 16"

So I had inquired about it at Elite last week and they said it would be $54+tax. Maybe Otto's either misunderstood me or they are just charging more?? Anyway, got the appointment next Monday so I'll post an update on the price. Also getting the rear tire patched which I have to sign a waiver for. Go figure, $300 tire that they expect people to just replace when they get a nail. No way!!

My impact gun and my torque limiting stick are the best.

So it is M3 Day at Elite today. Well not really, but I dropped my car off for the 2,000 km break-in service, as I pulled in to the service valet bay a Silverstone II M3 Sedan pulled out to be parked, and there was also an Alpine White E92 M3 in the customer parking area.

Anyway, my rental for the day is a white X1 with 820 km on the clock. Pretty much base model with no noticeable options (unless the sunroof is optional, it is huge and pretty cool).

X1:

Twice I've almost left the key in it, and I've only gotten out of it twice so far. Good job BMW installed the "key in chime".

I got my car back from the dealer today and can report that 8,300rpm is a lot of fun.

I'm currently about 60:40 in favor of making the meet on Saturday.

I installed my thule rack and bike racks tonight. So if I make it out on Saturday you will get to see my Sport Utility M3.

I know some people here have mentioned Fari Detailing as being one of the better detailers in Ottawa, and though I haven't used his service, I came across an online coupon for a detail package reg $300, sale price $50.
I'm sure it's just a basic package, but the fine print says you can use the coupon towards upgrading, so it looks like you can save $250 if you were to want a more comprehensive package.

that is really funny. He is the only one there yet 777 coupons have been sold. Guess he'll be really busy! I saw him working on an older convertible and the car did look pretty impressive after he was done. I imagine it would be hard to get an appointment with all these coupons sold.
