petro has 94? might have to check that out as well! on a side note does anyone know if edmonton bmw is mod friendly? going in for the battery terminal recall, should i remove my dci prior to taking it in?

curious about this and Bavaria BMW as I'm planning on a COBB or JB4 soon.

I like my cobb, the install is easy,
I have never used a JB4 but I like the auto tuning map.

I don't think you can go wrong with either

I really want the cobb for easy removal/install... just a bit pricey. Probably worth it though.

Anyone here planning on running Castrol's new road course? Apparently they are hosting "wide open wednesdays" which are similar to the street legal drags they run.

Are there plans to include open practice sessions for the public in the proposed schedule?

Castrol Raceway has a plan in place to host Wide Open Wednesday (W.O.W) (similar in part to the Drag Strip Street Legal program) that allows enthusiasts to drive their street or race-prepped car on our newly developed racetrack in a non-competitive environment. Autocross and Karting is also available. No previous racing on on-track experience is required.

W.O.W will be offered on select Wednesday's each month throughout the season, from 5pm-Sundown, allowing drivers to come out after work and bring the family for an evening of high-speed fun and excitement. Dates for W.O.W have not been included on the schedule at this time; we anticipate releasing limited date availabiities in the spring upon construction updates and development.

I also heard BMW NA owners club is trying to host a performance driving school out there.

anyone know a good time frame on how long it takes to put in a ams intercooler?

4 hrs tops. Just have to get the bumper off and trim some plastic shroud away. Very easy install. Just basically a swap.

Well I have the Stock intercooler out, and all of the bumper supports trimmed. Didnt remove bumper but test fit the ams intercooler so hoping to finish the install tonight.
Overall so far not to bad of a install. only part I have ran into trouble is getting the new FMIC in with out removing the bumper makes it a little harder.

Curious as to how your car will feel after you get the new FMIC installed.

Also wondering where did you order your COBB AP? Wondering if it's better to stick with Canadian vendors or worth it to go through US vendors even after duties?

I ordered my cobb ap. dp's, DCI, FMIC, and charge pipe all from n54tuning. Great service and prices. It is nice having something come in and now owe money. Shipping is fast and I would recommend checking him out.

I am not sure what to expect from the FMIC but once the weather is a bit nicer I will go to stage 2+ sport or aggressive.
