Damn dude. I wish your car a speedy recover. If the engine is hosed, you're going to want to replace it on your own. Otherwise you're going to super raped by the stealership.

Did you run your car hard the night before or something? It just sucks that everything is good, then you turn on your car and its on its last leg. Good luck.

Running map 7 w/ jb4? Isnt that the race map? Did you mean jb3 map 7? If you were on map 7 w/ jb4 that might do it... either way that totally sucks.

Bro i was running map 12 on the JB3. (am fully modded hahaha)
Map 7 on the JB4 is only 16.5 psi. I was running 18 before DAILY with nothing wrong. will see what happens

As for the JB3/JB4, do you know what the timing difference is between JB3 map 12 & JB4 map 7? They could be running significant timing difference and might be more critical on octane. Increasing time while keeping the same boost can make significant power increases.

Is everything 100% with your Meth Inj? Were you experiencing any misfires recently?

I hope all works out man.

Which resistors were soldered onto your JB3 board?

Is the ticking related to engine RPM?

According to Terry, that map5 is still only an alpha. I ran around town a bit with it on today and had a strange throttle issue. map2 ran like a beast though.
