According to Clarkson, that is impossible. The game should be about 2x quicker. Unless you actually know how to drive, that is.

As much as I'd like to claim it, I can't

I am truly amazed at this - a great video and good skills for the driver to get very similar results....the lines are almost identical in a lot of places!

The GT5 ring also looks a much nicer place with more sunshine! I wonder if the GT5 version has better parking and if the cafe serves German sausage?

I always thought that they made the ring rather 'narrow' in GT5 (and Forza 3 for that matter) as it looks so much narrower than other tracks on the same game. I though it also looked a lot narrower than the ring in real life but looking at this it appears my memory is playing tricks on me and the game designers have got it spot on!

I've always thought games make the ring too narrow, funnilt enough.

On another note 'pon which you touched - the food at the Ring is bloody good for the money. Imagine what we would charge at a similar place if we had one? And lord knows what shite they would sell....

Imagine (the horror) if they put a wimpy there. A fucking wimpy. Think of the children.

Mmm...not so sure Matt. 'For the money' maybe....but I'd rather pay a bit more and not have to bite into a chicken nugget with the consistency of breaded soup!

Give me a nice fat German sausage covered in mustard and a fresh bread roll any day

Did you miss the currywurst seller near the ticket booth? They were lovely...

Sounds like you had a very different experience than when I went. The chicken was, if anything, a bit crisp lol!!
