I went to the dealer with my burned 2009 disc in there...then my burned 2010 disc.

I did too... SA told me that the burned CD would corrupt my iDrive system... =/ BS...

Just take it out when u go to the dealer... i forgot that time

Been getting service for approx. 3 years with a burned Navi disc... They will not go in there any check your disc unless you report some kind of fault with the i-Drive system.

As a matter of fact, when doing my Euro-Delivery I placed a burned Nav disc in there to tour Germany since the disc that BMW Munich gave me nearly crashed my i-Drive system.

It's a good thing that I thought ahead in that respect or else my vacation would have been that much more complicated.
