The cheapest way to do it is with these parts:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=370387469229

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=280610020204

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=170523095724

The remote can vary, depending on which model ipod you have. I have the griffen Airclick RF remote, and it has a small wrist strap that fits perfectly over the ebrake handle (or steering wheel rim, if you choose), so I can just reach down and tap a button to switch songs.

If you don't want to go that route, you can spend a bit more money for one of these

Or just go to the dealer and say you want it, then cough up ~$800
