Well I hope everyone that read the post is ready to handle street bikes if you get hit by a douche bag.

No, I didn't report it. His license plate is so small that it was impossible to see when he took drove off.

If you report it, you can give them a description and they'll keep an eye out or it's possible that he hit someone else and someone reported his plate, etc. and they'll find him. It's worth a shot...
