Well, I believe that it only is an issue if you are trying to make money off their logo, if it is used for something free then normally they do not care, as it is free advertising for them. As for the "shifted" design, it was traced right from a picture, so all dimensions are spot on and it is no different than looking at a 3/4 angle view of the hood of your car. Call it artist interpretation; if this were an actual ad for BMW then maybe it would not fly, but because it is something produced by an enthusiastic artist, I am sure it is fine.

I just put an envelope into the mail today. I am looking forward to receiving the decal. I am fairly new to this whole scene, but I am totally addicted now. There is soooo much information available. And I really enjoy seeing all the pics that folks share. Great stuff. Happy motoring to all.
