is an envelope you put inside another envelope and that have your address and a stamp ready to mail back. like the ones that comes with credit applications services etc... that have the address of the company and the postage is paid.

i got some made here. i can send some out tomorrow if you guys like. but one problem. i cut it with a box cutter and a straight edge. it didnt come out straight....LOL...
