So you can get the 09+ and just switch the stock dv valves from stock charge pipe straight onto this right?

And if you get a bung, but don't have meth yet, just pick up the right size plug to screw in from home depot?

Other than that, just waiting for holiday special

You got it, but the meth bungs come capped already so no need for a trip to home depot

When we install this kit, do we have to use any O ring rubber inside the lip of the chargepipe? I an am not referring to the metal o ring that locks the pipe.
I think the oem chargepipe has an o ring like that? Or no?

you need to reuse the rubber o-ring inside the factory charge pipe. *It's how the charge pipe seals.

Oh question, there were 5 shims that came with the DV's (the flat metal circles to put with the yellow spring), I wasnt sure how many to put, so I put 2 each? was I only supposed to put one or is it a sound changing thing.. im lost

I just installed my JB4 last weekend. On Map 1 (13 psi) do I need to worry about the stock charge pipe popping off? I'll probably upgrade the charge pipe eventually because that one looks amazing.

There is always a chance but its hit and miss. Some stock pipes hold 18PSI some start to leak and pop off over 11PSI, so its a good thing to have on the list of upgrades but not something you need to rush out and get ASAP.
