lol The Whale you have some good points, but others are complete broscience.

LOL you do not need 400g protein in a day. Hit your 1-1.5g of LBM

When I took supps I used Massnutrition.com.

If you shop at GNC you're a complete moron.

I don't supplement much, but I've always gone with www.netrition.com Price are usually pretty good and it's flat shipping. I've used them for the last 12 years and have never had a problem or complaint.

Buddy of mine owns DPS, I live 5 minutes from it. Very convenient. Best prices online over anyone

+2 for DPS nutrition. I've been ordering from them for 8 years. The Champion Chocolate UltraMet is a great meal replacement. I add oats and drink one every morning.

www.trueprotein.com

I haven't found anywhere I like better. They don't carry brands. They are the brand - raw material, and mixes. No flashy labeling, gimmicky stuff. You can literally purchase a clear bag (think trashbag) of protein if you prefer to save some $ on the cost of the tubs. Their customer support and community (forum) is great, too. Finally, in addition to all of their supplements, they have a custom mix configurator.
