Anyone know how to remove 335i coupe side reflectors?

does anyone know how to safely remove the side reflectors on the side of the front bumper? They are glued on from the opposite side and i've tried using a heat gun with no luck.

heat and pry, don't pry against the edge of the fender, but against the back

what u want to do is heat it, pull it to make a gap and then cut the tape and then u can remove the tape after

i used the curved lenses from my broken oakleys - worked like a charm
