Pre/Post LCI problems

Looking at trading my 07 e93 sport 335i for a 2011 335i sport sedan. Fully loaded on both but are the post-lci n55s still having the same issues as mine does?including
- horrible brake dust on rims
- brake squeak accelerating from 0 to 20 even on farely new pads
- easily cracking rear rims
- waste gate rattle

Love the car but she has been troublesome and CPO warranty is dwindling.

What do the first three have to do with the engine (n55 vs n54)???

OK Pre-LCI --> Post-LCI for the first three. And yes I know the N54 > N55 unless you like driving your car and not 328i loaners (she is back in the shop for day 9 today for wastegate rattle even after new turbos a few thousand miles ago). And this is the 3rd visit for this issue.

N55 if you want to spend more time on the road than in the shop...N54 if you want to tune the shit out of it and run with Veyrons.

OK I see my mistake in naming this post. Not trying to start a n54/n55 discussion as I know the differences. Have the issues I state above been addressed in post-LCI 335Is? 2009/2010?

Seriously though, I am told the N55 worked out many of the "kinks" of the N54 system before it, while not nearly as tuneable.....YET.

I've given up on mine also. Have my dealer searching for a 2009/2010 335i m sport with nav + CA + harmon kard (why don't more people buy that option???). I'm out of the 07 as soon as i come across one in my color scheme.
