your high beam "flash to pass" light should be the same as your inner DRL halogen.

I'm not sure if halogens have a diff't set up than HID's... sorry.

oh.... that's ugly. Can you simply disable DRL's? They are not required in NJ.

well i dont think that is DRL, cuz when i turn DRL off, it still stays on when the swtich is in parking or full...and when i have it on the off "0" button, another light, seems to me like its the high beam bulb, comes on as DRL. The high beam bulb i think its used for DRL. But when i turn the light switch to parking light, the DRL stays on and ^That bulbs comes on and also stays on when i have it on full. Just want to know if there is a way to take it out or replace it with non-yellowish bulb?

Looking at the pic of the halogen bulb on the realoem website, i don't see a bulb that seems to coincide with your picture

#9 should be your outer lamp
#1 should be your inner lamp
#5 should be your corner turn signal

Are you sure it looks like #9?

my high and low beam (inner and outer) are the same size, h7. 9 looks very small, just about the size that would fix the whole in the housing.

https://secure.webmakerx.net/Default....crownauto.com

This link is to crown autoparts...an excellent supplier of parts. Enter the part number: 63217160797 inot the search engine.

According to this site this part number is a bulb with several applications, including the sidemarker bulb. The sidemarker bulb can be replaced with several types of aftermarket bright bulbs (silverstar for example). You might want to purchase one of these bulbs and try replacing.

This is just my guess/opinion. Please don't take my word as gospel. GL.
