Arrow help. tire rubbing in rear

I just had some 19 inch wheels installed with 19 35 245 fronts and 19 30 275 continental extreme contact tires on my 2007 328i. The wheels are 19 8.5 in front and 19 9.5 in back. Stock suspension. When I hit a bump in road, sometimes I heard a rubbing sound. Any solutions? Pricing? Call a bmw dealership provide remedy?

It's rubbing in the rear with bumps. If I add any addl passengers, it constantly rubs. Excuse my lack of knowledge, but I'm not sure what offsets mean? Could I simply out a 245 or 255 in back? How much is rolling fenders? Who can do that?
