Denso Iridium or NGK laser iridium - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I am having a problem picking which plugs to use. My car is a 2006 325i.
I've seen that bmw's stock plugs are ngk iridium but are they laser? would it make a difference if i drop the denso iridium IKH20 since it is suppose to be direct replacement

i say stick with ngk.
I tried looking for alternatives but either the the threads were short or the electrode was crap, i forget.

Isn't the one of the OE plug options NGK laser iridium?

Bosch FR-7-NPP-332 or NGK PLZFR6A-11S (5987)

In have used both the bosch and the NGK, back to back on a dyno.

The NGK's ran better. I was getting a bit of ignition break up in mid range with the Bosch.

SO NGK all the way

damn.. I just bought the bosch plugs and put em in my car this morning.
if I had known this I would have opted for the NGK's...
too late now though
