how to do a coolant change

has anyone did a coolant change yet? i am the 2nd owner of my car and just hit 4000miles noticing i have low coolant and some small chunks of white gunky along the shaft that holds my floater in the expansion tank. so long story short.. is there a diy for coolant change?

Yes there is. I wrote it about 2 years ago. Go look in the DIY section.
