flood out

Ive also seen the OSS in person and they are cool too, but I dont like how the LED's seem to be spaced. IMO they are a little ricey for my taste and the thought of sending out my headlights and getting sombody elses shit back is not appealing no matter how good the quality of work is. Headlights are expensive as fuck!!!!!!! no thanks!!!

LUX trumps all LED solutions, and IMO trumps the take-apart-your-headlight solutions as well!!! Trust me guys, even with the semi-difficult install, the second you turn them on, it changes the entire look of your car!! my #1 favorite mod so far!!!! I would buy stock in this company if I could!! lolol
What does "flood out at night" mean? I'm assuming its bad. Which HID AE would flood out less? 6k or 8k? I can't come to paying $250 for lux when the HID AE kit is hundred less.

"Flood out" meaning that you cant really see a distinct Halo when just the ae's are on...it gets all flooded togather....get what im saying? Does anybody have a pic to show this????? Trust me, I was going to do the Alpine HID too but saw sooooo many horror stories about issues with them and went with the LUX. The biggest turn off was the error codes, the need to run resistors and the amount of heat that a HID bulb generates inside a housing. Ive heard of stories of people AE holder literally melting in certain spots and damaging headlights.....screw that. $235 for LUX is not cheap, but then again you shouldnt be putting products on your BMW just because they are cheaper. You should be trying to put the best shit on your car.... more so when you are tinkering with electronics....but thats my opinion

+1

After putting my Lux in I definitely though it was worth every penny. I get compliments on them all the time from people.

Nice man!!! Glad you are enjoying them....ive been enjoying mine for a few weeks now. By far my favorite mod ive done so far!! \

That was the point of my thread and support for LUX. I would have written a great review for the product either way, but what really got me was the customer service Marc extended to me.... AS THE SECOND OWNER OF A SET OF HIS LIGHTS!!!!! not even the original owner!! That tells me he is legit, and he stands by his product! Thats rare these days!

I agree with marc's service. He noticed I bought a set of lux in the for sale section and took the time to personally contact me and go over a couple things with me. I shot him a lot of Pm's and he replied very courteously.

EXCELLENT customer service, definitely wouldn't mind spending my money on products from a helpful/honest guy like him in the future.
