Top top top stuff.

Congrats to the fat kid. Shocking that he is getting punished for finally fighting back. I'm sure he'd told the school he was getting grief over and over again without them doing anything. And then when he snaps they punish him?

Talking of "snapping". Bwahaha that the little shit's leg got done. Maybe thats learnt him a valuable life lesson...

The justice slam. Beautiful!

The parents of that skinny little shit should be ashamed of themselves. They've raised a bully and are now trying to make life even worse for the poor kid that their little shite of a son has been bullying by pressing criminal charges (from what I read on here). If I caught my son bullying anyone I would break his effing leg for him.

Just a wee bit of balance - that kid was quite badly hurt. Would a smack back not have been a little more appropriate? Slamming him into the concrete could have killed him if he'd landed on his head.

An eye for an eye and all that.

Yes we should chastise the kid with learning disabilities for not adequately assessing the situation and deciding which response was the most appropriate after a detailed risk assessment.

ffs.

hmm...after many months/ years of bullying....and he started punching the fat boy...

so he started THIS fight....

when you start a fight, make sure you can finish it...

for me....he deserves what he got...and maybe more!...(he deserves to have his balls crushed by big boy)

some posters on youtube said that fat boy should have kicked him while the lil shit is on the ground...(I would)...but thats going a bit too far.... ;-)

Errmmm no, you have gone OTT again. Slamming someone into the ground is a pretty serious response to a few utterly lame punches that the big kid didn't even flinch from.

Yes the little kid is an utter sh1t and deserved retribution but Casey's response could have killed the wannabee bully.

he is a bully...not a wannabe...

looks like a fair fight....the bully was "ready" and on guard...and they started fighting...

in a street fight expect to get slammed, punched, bottled...etc...

so NO.. slamming that lil shit on the floor is not OTT...

i was bullied for years as a kid and always took it, my dad got me to start thai boxing when I was 10, then at 15 id had enough so on the final time of being bullied I lost it and battered the other lad (who was 18 at the time), i nearly had charges brought against me as they said i was trained blah blah blah. Fact of the matter is i was bullied continually by this older lad for nearly 8 years, school never did fcuk all about it, same old excuses made to defend the guilty and i was in the wrong, same as our justice system, defend the guilty and make the innocent try to prove themselves.

13 years on and still thai boxing, if i ever saw that bloke again id gladly smash the shite out of him again after all the years of shit i was put through.

good on the lad for smashing that kid in the ground, should of given him a few more slaps too!!!

Thats one thing I find a bit strange about the "culture" here....people seem to be very tolerant ...

I remember, in Mauritius at the horse races, when a pick pocket was caught by the police, when he was being dragged out....people would be kicking and punching him!!!...and the police would just take him away....while hes getting kicked and punched by the crowd....

No one else would get arrested for bodily harm or watever u call it....nor would the police actively prevent anyone from kicking the bastard....

I wonder if a thief is caught in Oxford street and i started punching him...I definitely would get arrested and a criminal record!...

jonl1983 - Thats aweful what happened to you, very glad you got to get some justice....not all people that get bullied get such retribution.

335diesel - Don't think your point is going to hold much sway by the posters on this topic, I'm the OP and have to disagree with you somewhat. If you watch the fight (don't know if its still available) you see the big kid pickup the bully and then send him to the floor, "the move" doesn't look particularly controlled to me and more of a reactive action to whats happening. Also after completing this "move" he shows no signs of bravado and is alittle shocked and makes a retreat. If this move had been planned it would have appeared to be more controlled and he would have taken some time to admire his work. Therego there was specific intent to cause this amount of harm and he was in full rights to defend himself. As people had mentioned, if he started to lay into the bully after completing this "move" that would have been excessive.

I hope this has taught the bully not to pick on someone that will clearly demolish him if the victim snaps. Further more I hope the bully cry's at night in the sheer pain of his injuries, I'm sure many a bully victim have cried themselves to sleep.

Fair comments. I just like to look at both sides of any situation.

Almost always been able to look after myself but going from a Surrey private school to a Cornish comp aged 14 was not fun. Luckily anyone that tried physical bullying got dropped partly thanks to years of MA training. A kid who also joined but a year below from posh school got beaten up loads of times.

However when I was 15, a local aged 22 decided to bully me after I clipped his surfboard in the sea in a no fault collision. Demanded money off me for ages. I was still a kid and no way big enough to do anything so when it got really bad, my dad battered him big style. He cried!

The guy since apologised but is aware I'd deck him now if it came to it.
