N55 Drag Times - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Thought I would create a thread for the N55 guys. There is already a "N54 Drag Times compilation thread" Sticky in this section. So i wanted to do one for the N55 guys like myself.

PLEASE ADD IN THE INFORMATION BELOW WITH YOUR DRAG TIME SLIP OR VIDEO.
1) Model and Transmission?
2) modifications?
3) Gas Type?
4) Any weight reduction done to the car?
5) Type of tires and rims?

Top 10 fastest N55 times:

1) Track Master12.00 116 135i DCT racing seats so full trim, Hoosiers, Ar, K&N, high octane, Map6.

2) Terry@BMS 12.01 117 IIRC. JB4, DP, and meth 245/45 Nittos

3) Shiv 12.3 117 135i DCT Vishnu Procede n55 Catback exhaust Vishnu methanol slicks

4) black e 12.3 113 PROcede v5 with 3-20 map, Helix N55 IC kit, custom charge pipe , 15lbs battery kit, hartge axelback with resonator delete on stock midpipes, 17x8 kosei's rear wheels with 275 MT's slicks, 2 gallons of 109 mixed with 2~ gallons of 93oct 79*F, 60~%humidity.

5) themaniac 12.40 @??? 135i , DCT, JB4, ???

6) shatty 12.5 113 135i Convert M Sport, DCT, JB3 S2, Meth, AR 4" DP, AFE scoops, K&N drop in, ER charge pipe

7) sti959 12.6 108 2011 335i sedan, auto mods... jb3 stage 2, ar downpipe gas... mix of 93 and 103 weight at the track.... 3738 lbs tires... advan neovas on stock 18" rims

8) bimmer35 12.6 108 E90 335i xDrive (6AT) Mods: AR Design Catless Downpipes + BMS Tuning JB4 Stage 2 + AFE Stage 2 Intake Car was on 93 Octane Shell V Power with NO octane booster.

9) Vtec Abuser 12.7631 @ 111.11mph DMS Flash Tune, 93 octane, 135 dct

10) Andrew@EMSTUNING 12.83 at 110.89 2011 135 6mt 93 oct on dunlop runlfats 77-82 deg jb3 +5 psi Ar dp

Atlanta Dragway: 07 e90 335i stock, 14.0@101MPH Sport mode, 13.9@102MPH I'll post the times next month after I installl the intercooler cold air intake and chip.

What gear do most of you guys launch in? 2nd gear provides the quickest times?

135 with DCT,N55 PROcede v5 with 3-20 map, Helix N55 IC kit, custom charge pipe , 15lbs battery kit, hartge axelback with resonator delete on stock midpipes, 17x8 kosei's rear wheels with 275/40/17 hoosier slicks, 2 gallons of 109 mixed with 2~ gallons of 93oct
Track conditions were: 79*F, 60~%humidity.
I only got 2 runs in and need to get used to the slicks so hopefully i can get even lower times soon, i'm # 6531.
