PAYPAL DISPUTES with TRENDIX
PLEASE LIMIT THIS THREAD TO INFORMATION ONLY - NO DISCUSSION
In light of the recent activity on these boards regarding TrendixInc, I'm starting this post to make a list of all people TrendixInc owes goods or money to. Here is some important information you should all know. I jsut got off the phone with Paypal and if you paid TrendixInc with paypal funds, you are NOT protected. They have a "best efforts" policy, which basically means paypal will try its best to get you your funds back - sounds like BS to me. If anyone knows more about the way paypal operates and can help us out with more information and potentially give us some direction in how we can expediate the process PLEASE CHIME IN. MY INTENTIONS ARE ONLY TO PROTECT MYSELF AND INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE PURCHASED FROM TRENDIX. I AM IN NO WAY ATTEMPTING TO INJUR OR HURT THE BUSINESS REPUTATION OF TRENDIXINC. If your payment is funded by your Credit card, talk to your CC company. If your bank account has some sort of buyer's protection as well, contact them. Otherwise, there isn't really much you could do and it's pretty much money goodbye.

- Ordered Trendix E92 335i Coupe Painted Rear Lip Spoiler on 2/16/07; AMEX charged $325.00 by Trendix, Inc.
- Carlos promised it would be picked up from the paint shop and shipped (as it was completed) to me on 3/1/07 - No responses from Carlos to my PM's and Phone Messages - Called AMEX on 3/5/07 to dispute the $325.00 charge for a product I ordered, but never received; AMEX said that they will conduct a full investigation and upon completing of their investigation, I will be credited the full amount. - Received $325.00 credit from AMEX pending dispute resolution on 3/6/07. - Gave Carlos one last opportunity via a nice PM and Phone Message on 3/8/07, but again, no response.
