Hey Carlos,

I purchased a pair of euro healights from you..

you charged me CAD$2000 on them, and now you are.. gone!?

I tried to contac you several times both by email and by phone..

but I got no respond back at all?

I saw there are few other threads about you as well..

so.. what is going on?

Where is Trendix located? Someone should pay them a visit and give them a karate chop. I think pay pal is set up to handle just this kind of situation.

called two credit card services (becasue I had to pay with two credit cards) and they told me that I can only file a dispute after 30days of purchase? does that sound right?

Chargeback limits apply from the time the transaction appears on your statement and range from 75-120 days, depending on your card provider’s conditions. Usually 3 months /90days.

Long and Minipuck paid them a visit yesterday....no one in the address listed (suite E) Apparently a new tenant in suite A also does CF fabrication and car work, but denies knowing anything about trendix.

anyone with trendix issues should add their name to the following thread in the stipulated format.

with my master card, they have already started the investgation..

for my visa however, they said that I have to call back after 30 days from the

date of purchase.. and from that, it will takes 4-6 weeks to investigate..

so I have wait more then 2 months.. thats totally &$%*&!@#$!@..

i believe this was a mix up. the past web site and their corporation listing have always had it listed as suite A.

*UPDATE*

I have just received through my email a response by the FTC complaint board, and they said they have already received my complaint and has fowarded it to the Attorney's Office in California and other local athorities and they will be looking into the case and press charges if found.

Heres something they said:
"By law, a company should ship your order within the time stated in its ads. If no time is promised, the company should ship your order within 30 days after receiving it. If the company is unable to ship on time, the company must give you the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling your order and receiving a prompt refund."
