ok here is my story ill try to keep it as short and sweet as i can but it is a very upsetting and frustrating story. I have a 08 e92 335i and since i have had it i had 9 on record engine malfunticons 4 blown fuel pumps 2 speakers blown out from a water leak in the sunroof seal and had break squeaking that has not went away no matter how many times they fix them and change them.

because of all the trouble i have had with my car back in August of 2010 7 months ago BMW financal sent me a check for 4480.35 to cover the rest of my car payments until April 2011 which is wen my car goes back. Im paying 640.05 a month and my car is fully loaded.

Heres my problem my car was suppose to go back with 30,000 miles this april. i have 55,500 miles on the car as of today. Bmw wants 20 cents a mile so it comes to a lil over 5 grand in over milage. They are telling me if i dont get another car that they want 600 a month for 12 months to pay the milage back to them and that i cant put the over milage fee into a new lease that i have to give them 4100 to even get into a new bmw. they want to give me this

With 4100 out of pocket 627 a month with 12k miles a year on a 27 month lease.

Does this sound right to anyone cause i dont feel someone driving a 328 should be paying in the 6's or is this a good deal and i should just do it ???

What I would suggest, go to BMWUSA.com and get a snapshot of the car you want with the mods, and he'll ask you to e-mail it to him and he can get you different prices based on that msrp

Shouldnt you have gotten a new car under the "Lemon Law" ?? Im trying to figure that one out here....

Why dont you just pay the mileage and buy a different brand of car? At the end of the day you got your lease pretty much paid for you....you made out alright. All of us have had malfunctions in our 335's, Ive had turbos replaced. Never in my life would I entertain the fact of getting a piece of shit 328i for any reason....There is so much better out there for that price. You should look into Audi, Id rather have an A4 2.0t than a 328.

Yeah I guess......theres just nothing inspiring about a mtech 328, i mean really an mtech 335 is still an M3 imposter IMO! lol I just dont see the need to downgrade. I thin kBMW finally got alot of the kinks out of the 335's. Who knows?

Oh okay....I didnt realize there was a maximum mileage before Lemon Law was not applicable. Damn that sucks!

money could be the biggest factor man you never know what the situation is...

and an mtech 335 is just that... if you throw on an m logo then your an m3 impostor...

your right the money is the factor here and i would go for the 335 loaded again but they are giving me lease qoutes in the 700's and i just dont want to be paying up that high cause then there is also insurance im looking for a payment 650 and under on somthing loaded !

after all of these problems i already told bmw i had a mercedes e350 ( 1st car ) a lexus is350 ( 2nd car ) and then my 335i with them they should vaule me more as a returning customer and that im not wipeing my hands clean with them and walking away after the long 3 years of problems and headaches. i think i drove loaner cars more then i drove my actual car its just not right. if i told them i wanted a 100,000 dollar x5m im sure they would be wanting my business.


the sales rep had the balls to tell me i just reviewed ur entire history of your car and with all these problems the car is a lemon but it coodnt have been that messed up that you put over 55,000 miles on it. i felt like putting his head threw his computer screen when he said that.

Damn dude....that really sucks. I had to go in for a thermostat yesterday and there were sooooooo many 335's there. My dealer actually has a tech there that specializes in bs issues with the 335! I thought that was interesting. I dont know about the quality of BMW anymore. I really want an M3 next but I am going to be shopping everything else before hand. This sucks...
