Most 16 and 17 inch E36 wheels will fit non-M3 E46.

You can go to website of those big retailers selling wheels. They show the offset of the wheel for E36 and E46

The thing is that i am Selling my M-wheels 193M to a guy who has a E36 and was wondering if they whould fit.
I think both has 5 /120

I did not read you question carefully.

What is the offset and width of your E90 wheel? If the offset between 35mm-43mm, then it will fit fo E36.
