You can get it from your local autozone, advance autopart shop.

I suggest you buy it online cause you can use a buncha promo codes on the item.

The BMW performance intake is far and away the best looking. It comes with the K&N filter so any questions about the factory supporting the oil based filter should be answered. As far as performance I didn't notice anything. Maybe it's helping at the track with the supposed higher flow??? The combo BMW perf intake + BMW perf exhaust does sound nice though.

go for the look, BMW performance
go for the sound, Gruppe M
go for the speed, no idea since there will not be such dramatic changes that you can really feel compare one to another imo, just look on the result of the dyno-test

I know this is a old thread but where u buy Euro air box at? Or should I just stick with stock air box with carbon delete, K&N filter and air scopes.

  • Euro air box with K&N round air filter and air scopes.

If you have the money for an AFE or INJEN, then go the direction of the Euro air box and some scopes. You will be very happy with it and the car will pull like it never has. You'll be saying to yourself, OMG this thing does make power above 4K. There are several other post here on the Euro air box worth noting.

you could get it at ecstuning or ebay.de if you are lucky. it will range from $100-500. I say stick with what you have unless you want it for looks and ease of maintenance.

Pm cyba 40 shipped to your door. And for intake wise you do charcoal filter delete and a k&n drop in or dinan ram air, bmw perf used is cheaper brand new to pricey, or you could order the euro intake from ecs.

I did charcoal delete and KN drop in. I noticed nothing. I just wanted to tinker under the hood. Just save your money. But especially don't drop 400 buck on the AFE

Question. Friend of mine did the charcoal delete and washed his filter with a hose. He reused the oem filter (now washed and air dried) in the intake box. Should he still put in a kn filter or
Will there be very small benefits
Of doing so

The whole operation is of small benefit. It really is up to him to see if he wants to do it. He won't notice any thing.
