Nice

Now how long until you get the 85L and 35L to complete the trinity?

It's a great combo, Kev. Same one I have. The 135L is pure magic.

Yeah but that F2 is killing me with my cat shots. The narrow DOF makes it hard to catch the cats flying out of the catapult.
Not really but it sounded funny.

The air show was awesome!

Next year I'm definitely planning on going to more.

I'd love to Kevin, but I don't think it'll be possible for me this year. I assume you are going?

This is truly amazing...

Ramesh Raskar presents femto-photography, a new type of imaging so fast it visualizes the world one trillion frames per second, so detailed it shows light itself in motion. This technology may someday be used to build cameras that can look “around” corners or see inside the body without X-rays.

I was but that was diverted into the equipment fund. I would prefer to have a zoom when I go so it can wait for now. Supposedly I might go see some Humpbacks on an Island far,far away and I have the equipment for that.

No wonder folks don't use geared heads. This thing is big. It's next to my magnesium head, which I already thought was beefy. This will be nice for some celestial shots, though.

My opinion is pretty one sided.

Gotta give folks some place to write.

Website about 75% done. Just need to touch up the design for business cards and if I order tonight holefully I'll have them by Saturday. Trying to keep a consistent look between both my site and cards.

Nice sale on Crucial SSD drives. I have this 512GB Crucial M4 in my MBP and it's quite snappy. Wish it was this cheap when I bought it.

I'm going to grab the 128GB version for my Dell mini-tower PC for OS and apps.
