Just cleaned it out. I'd say there was maybe a couple ounces total. Picture attached. Easy to get at it and enough oil I am glad the catch can is there.

so you think it is worth it or it's doing it's job right? still debating.... i don't usually get on the throttle, most of the time is just light foot. but the amount you've collected seems pretty legit. how long did it take you to trap those amount of oil?

there was an old thread that came from the dead on OCC in the N54 section. I read through the last few post. Some people said no oil, and some said very a little. I also read that if you don't drive long enough to get your car warm you wont get much.

since i took out my CP last month i cleaned inside and you can see where there is build up (BOV was a little dirty). I am sure I will get one after CPO just to try it out.

along with my other list to do.

EDH too far out..

your in a nice neighborhood, instead of moving, buy a investment property. rates are very low, but home values are finally rising.

we need to get in a bigger place for kid first, need more space for kid to run around. then i'll invest in a cabin up at truckee as vacation home since i always go up to snow and will take the kid up as she learns skiing in a year or 2.

Took a couple months. I drive a lot...every day. Painful to throw the miles on but I'd rather be in this car then a beater!

Half engine and SES lights. Sometimes, I want to drive this thing into a freaking wall! This is what stops me from more engine mods. The more mods, the more susceptible you are to failure.

Do you have a code reader?

Yes. I have 2 readers. The first, faster reader gave me a code of P115e. Unfortunately, that code doesn't have a description listed.

I now must hook up my laptop and BT tool. Thankfully, the car seems to be running fine. I'm just worried its running lean or similar that could be harmful to the engine.

I will. I'm hoping its something simple like a spark plug or at worst coil. Don't want it to be an injector needing coding or 6 because the older style is hard to get.
