I just have to say how impressed I am with Terry, I received the JB4 today. The install procedure seemed very straight forward....

Fast forward 5 hours...without the car starting...by this time I had installed and reinstalled the JB4 atleast 5 times, every time the car would not start. Closing in on midnight I wrote Terry an email...he quickly wrote back asking for pics of the install....

Turns out the power cord (important for getting yur car started) was in 1/2 way and needed to be adjusted. Terry recognized this, told me what to do, problem solved.

This post has nothing to do with the JB4 and it's performance. I just wanted to thank Terry for his help, if anyone hasn't done business with him, believe me you won't be disappointed!

Thanks again Terry..let me know when Burger goes public, I want to buy some stock, any business with that good of customer service will be successful!

Having the actual owner (not some clueless dude) reply to your questions within minutes if your email is amazing. Experienced it myself.

It is amazing how fast Terry can response to emails.

Cobb Tuning should should take note. I've emailed them twice with NO RESPONSE.

I have also had only the best eperiences dealing with Terry. The parts I've bought have worked flawlessly (and were A LOT cheaper than other local options), delivery has been quick and he has responded to my emails almost instantly, and his answers were helpfull and spot on first time.

Honeslty i cant say this enough but how many times Terry has helped me and multiple times with things not even related to the JB products is just amazing, that alone will make me stay with the JB and worth its price in gold, the support before/after purchase is AMAZING.

I have recently delt with Terry and Mike@N54Tuning, and i have to say the same thing. Both very professional and helpful. Absolutly the best customer service i have ever had with an online retailer.

I had emailed terry and mike in the past, they are definitely responsive and extremely professional. +1 for a great product and vendor.

Figured I make this my first post here because it is needed! I would just like to give terry a big thumbs up for his unbelievable customer service. I have emailed him over 100X easily and he answered every one of emails and VERY fast and accurate. I also sent my JB+ (upgraded to a JB4) in and was refunded the day he got it!

Great products, great serviec and a great guy.....cant ask for more!
