Carbon fiber skirt add ons

hi all just wanted to share with you on my project progress. for the long time ive been wanting add ons but didnt like the price nor the look thats avail for our chasis and so i decided to make my own. At least 10 guys been asking me to come up with a set so here i am. i will make them fit oem/m3 sides, easy bolt on with 3m double stick tape. im making about 5-6 sets for now.

heres a mock up with cardboard

carbon sheet

trimmed to size

I can give the trim a brushed look or paint them black and rivet them. still unsure but for now i like the sleek look brush trim look. ill post when its complete and mounted. thanks for looking lol

Definitely blows every other costume set I've seen out of the water. As usual your attention to detail is unreal!

Can you take a pic of how you're attaching them? Underneath and inside the side skirts?

you mean i dont step on the side skirt extension to get into my car? i was hoping he was going to add a little gas strut that would be activated by opening the door (or extends further when you go faster than 100mph)

I'm in for a set man!

It would be cool to be able to color match that brushed trimmed spot you have if someone would want to. For example people that do not have the brushed look window trim, it would look somewhat out of place.

ya im goona leave them in raw metal finish, it will be up to you to paint or leave it as is. more options for the owner.

Looks great. Would like to see it come almost to a point towards the front, and have the rear angle shaped around the M3 skirt bulge.

thanks! ya ill put them on my m3 skirts today. my goal was to keep it very subtle cause i dont want it sticking too far out like most of these stance guys wheels..(lol) i purposely kept it away from the m3 bulge to keep me or passengers from stepping on it and wanted it to fill in the small void that the m3 bulge created.
