need part number of this metal bracket of the M-sport steering wheel - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I am planning to upgrade my regular non-sport steering wheel to the M-sport steering wheel.

I know I need a new wheel, a new airbag, a set of new switches, and some connecting cables. However, I can't seem to find a number for this metal plate/bracket. I am trying to order the M-sport wheel from the ebay guy, and I think that wheel doesn't come with this bracket.

also, one more question: Since I am changing from a non-sport air bag to the smaller round airbag, do I need any re-programing to the ECU?
