Protune w cobb accessport
If you have an accessport, is there still substantial improvement in power to warrant a cobb protune? Also, can you drop that protune onto the accessport?

A PROtune will be worth it. As far as how much of a horsepower gain you will see depends largely on what supporting mods and fuel you run. If getting a PROtune on regular 93 octane then you will not see HUGE gains in peak numbers over the OTS stage 2+ aggressive map. You will see a an improvement in power under the curve and smoothness(if it's a good tuner.)
However, going from stage 2+ agg to, for instance, an e40 mix tune there will be a VERY significant jump in power. The tune is loaded onto the Accessport and that's how it is flashed to the DME.
