had WTB post in forum and got contacted by a local guy. Couldn't find one ANYWHERE (that matched my price and condition of the car) in whole New England + New York (auction, craigslist, cars.com, autotarde, carsforsale.....)......I know a guy who is selling a good 07 S2000 w/ 22k miles in New York state for $22k....if you need

S2k is not really an auction car.

If I bought ALL my cars at auto auction, I would save SO MUCH money......but I just cant drive if its not THE ONE. My buddies only buy from auction, drive them for a year, and then sell for the same price or more.

my budget was 12k and i couldn't find one anywhere... i think 10k will not get u a good s2000..

you mean totaled ? no they dont sell that. maybe other auctions....

Hate to jack this thread, but I'm too new to PM. Anyway, I have a Dinan supercharged E36 M3 that I will be looking to sell once I get a new car (hence my lurking here). If you look me up on bimmerforums (same s/n), you can see that I have 100s of posts there. Here is my cardomain, but I haven't updated it in a looonnnggg time: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2351671/1997-bmw-m3. Car will come with Eurosport M50 manifold kit (haven't gotten around to installing it yet). Email me at mxcheme "at" yahoo if you want more info.

yeah, I can search on the site. next bmw financial auction is not in their schedule yet, I would assume its on 17th. last one was on 5/13

as of today for this friday they only have like 20 bmws. 6,7,x-series

you also have to add auction fee to them. i dont know what it is, but for my Audi which was 25k, i paid somewhere around 400-500 bucks. < thats if i am not mistaken, it was 2 years ago. but the fee is proportional to the sale price of the car.
