I went last year - great display of aircraft, fly overs, both modern and historic. Blue Angels had a exhibition last year, this year its the Thunder Birds.

I'll be at AAFB on Saturday for a golf tournament. Its cool, b/c we get to see the planes fly right over top of us while we play. Blue Angels were cool last year, but the Thunderbirds usually put on a better show.

damnit.. I'm in a wedding this weekend. Considering the fact I've always wanted to be a pilot since I was a kid, I'd be there in a heartbeat.

40 percent chance of PM thunderstorms on Friday. Saturday and Sunday look good for the Thunderbirds, but what a mess when the rest of the world enters the base.

Friday morning sounds like a good time to go. Fewer people.

Mess will be at FedEx field where people will have to park and go through security.

Military members can go on directly on base and park in designated areas.

Wasn't too bad last year.

what about DoD Contractors with CAC cards and building passes......lol highly doubt that makes a diff but might as well ask..
