Prior Design is no newcomer when it comes to widebody M3 conversions, as they released their E92 M3 PDM Widebody Kit for the E92 coupe (photos also below) late last year. This time around they've taken to converting the E93 convertible to a widebody M3 look, just in time for the top-down summer months. The conversion looks fabulous, especially with the convertible top down.

The conversion kit includes of course the widened front and rear fenders and bumpers, new hood with ventilation gills, and sideskirts.

* This kit fits all E92/E93 pre-LCI non-M3 models

After adding what that must cost to a 335i E93 why wouldn't you just buy the real thing?

Cosmetic. A hard top m3 would be sweet.

I have prior design product on my car, and I have to admit, they produce very high quality products with excellent fitment.

How much are these things? After labor, I wonder if it would be cheaper to just buy a M3. Then you get the bonuses of actual M3 performance and not being a poser.

If I am understanding correctly, these kits are both designed for non-M3s, right?

So I am curious, why wouldn't they work on an M3? These look absolutely amazing - much more aggressive than the factory M3 fenders.

I just called Prior Design..quoted me 6,500 w/o hood. Comes primed and ready for paint. But the rear fenders need to be put on by a body shop and they have to cut about 2 inches off of stock fender to make room for the wheel. Wow...
