Finally fitted my Mv4`s

i have finally got round to fitting my mv4 alloys after a lot of hassle and having to buy and sell wheels to make up a good set.
The only worrying thing is the tpms has thrown a message at me and unsure how to reset it.

I am hoping as ive put the wheels on the system needs to settle or be reset.

they do look nice though and it the start of the mods for me as ive just put on new steering wheel and new front cupholders out of the facelift model.

ok, so press Menu then Settings>car tyres>reset (i think that it as from memory)

You need ignitiion on and car stationary to reset...then drive off and you are all good.

Those really suit the e90, looking like you might benefit from a spacer on the rear?

How do they ride compared to the 18's you had on previously? I'm tempted but worried about a shocking ride.

Looks very nice - they look good on Le Mans.

Look in the manual for TPMS reset - either on the stalk (I think) or idrive.

Check the tyre pressures carefully - and reasonably frequently.

I sometimes wonder about rear spacers, but always end up deciding its too much faff/insurance ballache etc.

I took the hones route of letting the insurance company know about the wheels are there comments were the same as yours in that they look nice but we want another 53 for the 2 remaining months i have left.

i told them i would be changing them back at the weekend.

money related all the time!!!

Always quizzed me this one....if your putting OEM wheels on your car whats to say they didnt come on the car as standard? Or you purchased it second hand with them on and you would be none the wiser.
