What happened to Morr Alloys? Did they go belly up?

Evidently they are still in business. They're just not big proponents of sound business practices such as (i) setting customer expectations and (ii) adhering to deadlines.

I doubt it, they're probably just not current on there vendor fees.

I dont think they could have gone out of business, they seem to have hit the jack pot with their rep 162s, and the Forged VS7s.
Same thing happened to the Vishnu Crew for about two days. All of them didnt have the green Vendor status title, but was back shortly thereafter

You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
