Not to be taken quite as literally as u did, but that is my point. Variety is a good thing

I also wanted to make the same point; it must be VERY difficult to concentrate on your own race once the field spreads out and you're constantly being lapped. If they weren't last all the time, it would be very difficult to know what position you're in at any given time (*cough NASCAR cough*).
I'm surprised they haven't found a main sidepod sponsor, maybe they're ambitious? The HRTs are on screen more often than many cars, when you think about it. If I were a brand that just wants exposure and doesn't feel that being associated with the last of the grid is detrimental, I would be all over that... just my 2 cents (with the queen on them haha)

My two cents on the delay...
Yes it could have started sooner. First Red Flag to change tires, I still do not get. The race was declared "Wet " at the start.

If they wanted the track dry....
Track vehicles and sweepers could have had it done much sooner.
Asking us a Marshals (2 per station) to sweep with brooms!
(pushing a rock up hill with a straw).....

But I do not get paid to think!

I was just continuing your analogy but looking at a bigger picture.
