e85 ses light question?

Soooooo I just started using a 40% e85 blend on the jb4 g4 map 5 with supporting mods up from 30%. I'm getting an Ses light while cruising and a 29E1 code fairly consistently (fuel mix) since going up to 40%. Anyone else having this issue and am I good just clearing and go?
