Garage List
No one is gonna give you an answer with little to no information you provided.

1) what kind of tune?
2) How many miles with the tune and how many miles overall?
3) How long ago did you check your injectors, coil packs, plugs, etc?

seems like the "service center" doesn't know jack shit since they only cleared the code without any further inspection.

Do you have catless downpipes? If so, you might need an O2 sim.

I got ic-chiptronic chip and catless dps i have them install when the car is 50,000km and now is 65,000km odometer reading, when it was 60,000km i have checked the spark plugs and it was fine, I live in Taiwan and the service center here told me to put the dps back in stock to check.

What kind of fuel are you running? Your rich/lean status is determined by your front o2 sensors, not your rear. Your rear sensors are for the ECU to maintain emissions and to check the functioning of the cats. So if you are getting "rich" codes, and your tune hasn't changed, I'd suspect either a leaky injector or an o2 sensor. I believe a leaky injector would throw other codes, cause the combustion in that cylinder would be off. You should be missfire codes. But o2 sensors on their way out would definately not throw any other codes.

So...what kind of fuel you running in Taiwan? Is it leaded?
