"Mold the CSL spoiler"? Explain, please...I have an extra one for E92 if you're interested...it'll need painting, but it's never been installed.

i would like to know this too, you can buy csl style trunk spoilers for $150 and have it molded to look just like a real csl trunk

he means "mold" the spoiler to the trunk to make it look like one piece instead of a spoiler like this:

except this is an m-tech instead of a csl spoiler

You can, but it will most likely crack along the bond over time as the spoiler will have different expansion and flex rates than the metal trunk. You're better off just picking up a used csl trunk.

^ Yeah, that's what I was thinking...body putty of any sort would eventually crack due to flexing and/or expanding/contracting with heat and cold. Mine is just installed, no molding, and I like it that way.
