Uh oh

My Lux angel eye bulbs keep slipping out of the sockets for bout a week now, today we finally have no rain and I was able to take the bulb out an look inside the headlight and noticed why they keep slipping out... The housing of the headlight has melted a bit.. Probably from the heat of the lux bulbs... Has this ever happened to anyone? I don't kno what to do now about this issue... =x

Melted? What version of LUX do you have? I just installed Amber version of LUX.

I know multiple people who have been running lux since they first came out, don't let one case scare you

Don't get me wrong, these are some of the best aftermarket angel eyes I've ever seen... Sexy as hell.. Makes my car turn heads, but I can just be that 1 bad case .. I've never seen another post bad talking lux products and neither am I .. If I really have to, please believe I'm buying the same exact kit.. Lol

same thing happened to me but with weisslicht brand angels..mine actually melted the two clear plastic ends of the angel eye optics that the light emits into..it comes out a tiny bit dimmer than the other side now which is pretty annoying..not sure either what can be done about it
