yay or nay? and need some advice - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I wanted to try something new, so i've put on a gray/black CF emblem
what do you guys think?

plus
it's embarrassing, but i always thought it's cool to have a license plate on a
top of dashboard.
but the reflection of it from the windshield is annoying and it's keep falling off
while turning hard.

any advice?

I think ill be more embarrassed of that plate being on the dash (very 90s) and messing with the roundel color is totally blasphemy lol.

Nay, get a tow hook mount. I like the blue and white colors on the BMW roundel, and I personally would leave it alone. Alpine White is an ugly color.

I would think that would be kind of dangerous and it looks stupid. Wouldn't it fly backwards when you accelerate too? Oh wait, you have a 328....guess not

I think if you just did the blue would look okey but leave the white on the roundel alone, plane white no carbon fiber. idk about the plate

Roundel looks ok, can't tell 100% though since it's not a close up shot. The license plate in the window is a absolute NO. Not only does it look really bad, it's also a safety hazard.

Get a RHO Took Hook Mount for your License plate, They go for like $50-$100 and still looks great.

Other than that, car looks good. Keep up the good work.

What is the point of putting your license plate on your dash?

Is it to avoid getting a ticket for no license plate?

You WILL still get a ticket for no license plate even if its displayed on your dash.

Do what I do. Leave it on your backseat, and have tape on the back of it. Whenever you street park, just stick it on so you can avoid having meter maids ticket you. That's the only time you will get ticketed.

Roundel looks good

jeeezzzz take it easy everyone, the plate doesnt look good but theres nothing wrong with the roundels, lots of people have them. its not like he did an orange roundel
