I'm getting my Eibach springs installed this Friday. They will be paired with my performance dampers. I'll be sure to update this post with pics

I'm happy with Eibachs. they ride great and look good. if your looking for the slam look these are not what you want. if your looking for a nice lowered look but still have enough height to not scrap everything, these are what you want.

Eibachs with Koni Yellows, 19" wheels

Your drop looks very similar to my current setup. I currently have stock sport springs with sp perches on performance dampers. What's the finger gap on the front and rear from tire to fender?

LOL my bad for using the finger gap instead of actual measurements. That's the kind of drop I need since I have a steep driveway. Thanks.

Thanks bro. I heard from everyone it is a comfortable ride. I'm having mine installed on Friday morning and I can't wait. I'm also having my m-tech rear with performance diffusor installed on Tuesday at LTBMW as well as my exhaust tips from Dimisa.

The ride quality is compliant, comfortable and stock-like. Although it was more dramatic improvement in handling for me since I cam from the base OEM suspension, I suspect the feel will be very similar to what you are use to with your ZSP set-up.

The spring rate of the Eibach Pro Kit springs is on par with the spring rate of the springs found on ZSP equipped cars, so the two should pair nicely together. The old performance dampers/springs are comprable to the new ZSP springs/dampers. That said the new performance set-up is dramatically stiffer than both. I have the "old" set-up.

4 times the charm...

After changing Suspension and Springs 3 or 4 times I finally found the right setup….

Eibach Pro Springs with BMW (old) performance suspension. AND, Superior lowering perches.

35” in the rear…
34.75” in the front….

The ride is by far the best I have had at this point. So much better than the ZSP springs.

Handling is outstanding…

macblack, did you have the stock zsp springs on with the Performance dampers before you swapped the Eibach springs on there?

If so, can you tell any difference between just swapping the springs? (with Performance dampers)

Yep.... Had with ZSP springs and the lowering perches with the Performance Suspension. The ride was good.

I changed to the Eibach because the drop just wasn’t enough to my liking. I gave it a few months to settle.

I actually added the lowering perches after the initial install.

For all the “junk” you read on the perches they are actually awesome. DOESN’T change the ride at all. Just moves the complete strut assembly up in the tower ˝ inch.

The Debate was if I should to keep the perches going to the Eibach Pro. I actually did one side first and checked the drop. Glad I kept them.

The ride is NIGHT and DAY. I was shocked how well it felt and handled. The White 35i (2009) in the picture is stock ZSP and it rides a lot different and DOES NOT have the Performance suspension. A lot rougher.

The sad thing is I actually brought BRAND new ZSP springs when I installed the (OLD) BMW performance suspension.. ($133 deal).

I should have gone right to the Eibach Pro. I was trying to stay ALL factory BMW. I should have known better. The ZSP springs were almost 400.00.

I've changed Springs and Struts/Shocks on this car so many times I can do both fronts in less than an hour. SMILE...

Just a FYI:
Note the Black window trim. For those on the fence about painting or wrapping their window trim, I bit the bullet and installed BMW gloss black trim. Cheap? Nope, shipping a lone was over 100 bucks, but it's the only way to go. The wrap looks ok, but I couldn't handle the bubbles. Painting, well we'll leave it at that...

As promised, I finally got my eibach pro's installed with performance dampers and SP perches! The ride is a definite improvement and the springs provide a noticeable drop. My wheels are 19x8.5 et34 front and 19x9.5 et34 rear with a 5mm spacer which makes it et29. There is no rubbing and the ride is perfect. Here's a few pics taken this morning
