What tint would go with? Black Sapphire Metallic?

What tint would go with on a Black Sapphire Metallic car? I have never been so torn over tint before. I usually do 15% all the way around but I do not know if there is a better contrast for the Black Sapphire Metallic... any thoughts are much appreciated!

Don't waste your time, our crappy window seals will just ruin it in less than a year. (scratches in tint)

Is that what caused my tint to scratch? I got my tints 1.5 months ago and there are already a bunch of scratches on the driver side window. The scratches aren't noticeable enough to make the tints looks bad, but I was wondering how these appeared. I guess now I know.

I'd say it depends on your interior color. If you have a light color interior, go with 20%. If you have a black interior, go with 30 or 35%

You can avoid your tint scratching by purchasing the Tint Protector kit, google it and it should be your first link. It is made of mole skin and guaranteed not to scratch your tint.

None of my windows are ruined after I installed the moleskin. Make sure to not waste your time and rolling down your windows until you install the tint protector.

Oh and for the tint. If you don't want to get pulled over then go the legal limit but I went 5% on my BMW an I love the look on my alpine white car and how it helps the heat.

On my previous vehicles I've gone 15% and I just hated how I could see the sunlight go through.

I live in Tennessee, borderline of Mississippi and we get heat in the summer ranging from 85-105. I can't visually see the moleskin but since my window tint isn't ruined, I assume it is holding up perfectly fine.

Me, BMW forum members, and other forums recommend this product.

I recently had my tint redone because of the scratches. We do have felt on the inside on the top part but what causes the scratches is on a second lower piece which felt needs to be installed also. I searched on the forum and wish I had known this the first time around. Hopefully this won't happen again lol. As for the OP I love my 35% all around, not too dark not too light.

As stated before maintenance and quality of tint make a huge difference

38% Llumar Stealth all around going on 2 years not a scratch

Older cars 38% Llumar Stealth all around on SG and 50% Llumar Stealth all around on SG ,had them for 2 1/2 and 3 years respectiveley and not a single scratch
