any thoughts on just getting a set of bosch ceramic pads (around $90) for my rear brakes? I mean they are just the rears on stock calipers and rotors. The fronts I would likely look somewhere else.

I thought with ceramic pads you need/best w/ new rotors, otherwise they squeak too much?

Huh? A good chess match against a computer requires too much thinking. Watching any sports only requires a blind love/liking of a team/sport cause it entertains you. No IQ required.

That's if you are just "watching" to truly love baseball, its not about loving what is actually happening on the field right at that second most of the time. Sure there are drama filled moments that deserve attention and some great displays of ridiculous athleticism but moreover baseball is about what could happen, what would you do, what move would you make? Do you send the runner? Do you hit and run? Do you run and hit? (I'd be surprised if half of you even knew the difference) Do you bunt him over? Do you pinch hit? Whose he got left in the pen? Do I burn my lh specialist now knowing that Thome will likely be up next inning? Do I make this trade? Is Juan Pierre a legitimate leadoff hitter because he is fast? Or does that fact that he has never EVER been able to get OB consistently negate his value?

Thinking and strategy are for some. Unfortunately in today's video game society, action rules - I get that. This is the same reason soccer will never catch on in this country.

But if you have the patience and love a good debate...baseball is a beautiful game. Nothing like watching the fielders move in unison to their spots as plays develope...and yes on every play at least 5 position players should be moving.

Nothing like waking up on a day like today, hitting the ballpark early by yourself, sitting in the stands and watching warmups, smelling the field soaking in some sun. Don't talk to me...I'm watching...I'm watching Pauly's perfect right handed swing. I'm watching Alexi's rocket arm. It's the best for quiet reverence and respect.

Nothing beats football for action, granted, but its a different love....a love that is fading into oblivion.

Dust is supposed to be way down compared to stock pads (which I have now).

Tim - I likely need new rotors anyway.

Some company should develope a pad that throws off like red dust when you get to the replacement zone.
